New Years Meditation

NOTE: It may be good to record this meditation and play it back to yourself,or have someone else guide you through it…

For this meditation, you may wish to play some soothing music that can help you to relax. Burning incense such as lavender is a good idea as well. Try to clear your mind of any thoughts or worries.

 

Slowly breathe in, and out until you are relaxed. When you are ready, in your mind, take yourself to your place of comfort. The place that envelops you in solitude and security.

 

Once you are at that place, imagine the things that you would like to accomplish in the new year. See yourself achieving those things, and checking them off of a checklist in your mind. Imagine yourself doing the things that it would take to achieve your desired goals, and obtaining them with harm to none.

 

Imagine how happy you will feel if you receive and accomplish these things. See yourself and your loved ones happy,healthy and smiling in 2015.
